2007.06.16 - Commissaires Seminar UCI - Ludwigshafen Taktische Übungen: Tactical Extensions of Exercises – Devaluation of difficulty(when an extension is not completed) If the end-position of a tactical extended exercise is not reached, the rider will receive the points of the last extension, which is completely finished. The devaluation of difficulty (10%) is subtracted from the `on sheet` (basic) value of the exercise, written on the evaluation-sheet. (Devaluation of performance according to the standard rules)
